Demonstration sites
Interactive demonstration sites are being prepared to show the product foundation in realistic single-site and multi-site settings, including the patient journeys and content structures practices need to manage every day.

A future example covering location choice, site-specific details and shared patient journeys across several branches.
The problem
Important actions are often buried inside navigation designed around organisational structures rather than patient needs.
Outdated pages, duplicated information and unclear ownership make even simple changes harder than they should be.
Retrofitting accessibility after design and build usually creates more work and produces a less coherent experience.
Unclear ownership, limited access and opaque support arrangements can make switching or improving systems unnecessarily difficult.
Healthcare standards
GP practice websites need to support people with different access needs, devices, levels of digital confidence and health literacy. We use WCAG 2.2 AA as the accessibility baseline and consider keyboard access, focus visibility, readable content, responsive behaviour, forms and accessibility statements throughout delivery.
Evoqode is an independent technology provider. References to NHS-aligned design or digital standards do not imply NHS endorsement.
What we focus on
Clear information architecture organised around the tasks patients most commonly need to complete rather than internal practice structures.
Responsive experiences designed for the phones and tablets patients increasingly use to access healthcare information and services.
Inclusive design and development with WCAG 2.2 AA requirements considered throughout discovery, design, development and quality assurance.
Fast, efficient pages designed for dependable access across different devices, browsers and connection speeds.
Strong technical SEO foundations and structured content to help patients find the right information through search and on-site navigation.
Practical publishing structures that support readable health information, accessibility statements and easier ongoing content management.
Patient journeys
The website should help patients identify the correct route without forcing them to understand how the practice is organised internally.
Integrations & signposting
We can structure patient journeys around your existing digital services rather than asking your practice to replace working systems unnecessarily.
The website is not intended to become a new clinical-data collection platform. Where an approved external system already provides a transactional patient service, the website should signpost or integrate with it appropriately.
Where the challenge involves a wider workflow, form or system integration, our Healthcare Digital Services work provides the appropriate discovery and implementation route.
Clear signposting to NHS App functionality and relevant national patient services.
Routes into the consultation or triage platform already selected by your practice.
Structured signposting to pharmacy, self-referral, urgent care and local service pathways.
Productised foundation
The standard implementation provides the core structure and delivery work needed for a normal single-practice website. It is configured around your brand, content and patient journeys rather than treated as an anonymous off-the-shelf template.
The CMS supports normal practice publishing. The initial build and migration scope is agreed for the project; unusually large migrations, document libraries or content-production needs are scoped separately. This does not mean unlimited storage, file sizes or unrestricted form and patient-data processing.
Moving to Evoqode
Standard migration means moving one existing GP practice website and one primary domain into the new Evoqode structure through a review, rationalisation and migration process — not blindly copying the old site.
We review your existing website, services, patient journeys, suppliers, content and operational requirements.
We identify what should be retained, improved, combined or retired rather than copying obsolete, duplicate or broken content.
We create the agreed structure, configure the practice presentation and migrate current content into the new website.
Your team reviews the staging website while we complete responsive, accessibility, content and technical checks.
After approval, we coordinate the controlled cutover, important redirects and the move into ongoing care.
We move the agreed current practice information, opening hours, contacts, locations, staff content, patient-service links, policies and documents into the new structure. Your team reviews the staging website before approval, and we manage the controlled launch and important redirects.
Several legacy websites, large document archives, substantial copywriting, document-remediation programmes, custom data migration and unusual integrations are scoped separately.
Pricing
A standard single-practice implementation has a clear one-off starting point. Technical care and optional managed help are separate stages of the same lifecycle, so the responsibility of each service remains clear.
Implementation creates and launches the website. Hosting, Care & Support then keeps the technology healthy. Managed Healthcare Support can be added for ongoing content and digital-service help; it does not replace the technical care service.
Build the website
A real starting scope for a normal single-practice implementation, including discovery, configuration, standard migration, testing and launch.
Keep the technology healthy
The technical service for hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, maintenance, fixes and routine deployment support.
Let Evoqode help manage it
Optional ongoing content, accessibility, patient-journey and digital-service help above the technical care service.
Complex and multi-site implementations are scoped individually. Primary Care Networks should explore PCN Websites, while organisation-level requirements are covered by GP Federation Websites. Published starting prices on this page are baselines, not fixed universal prices.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. Standard migration covers one existing GP practice website and one primary domain. We review agreed current practice content, service links, policies, documents and important URLs; rationalise what should be retained; prepare appropriate redirects; and complete a staging review and controlled launch. Several legacy sites, large archives, substantial copywriting, document remediation, custom data migration and unusual integrations are scoped separately.
We believe practices should retain appropriate control of their digital assets. Domain arrangements, content ownership and access are made clear from the outset. We do not use ownership ambiguity as a way of locking clients into the service.
Yes. The CMS supports normal ongoing practice content without an artificial page limit. Initial build and migration scope is agreed for the project, and unusually large migrations or content-production requirements are scoped separately. If you prefer not to manage routine updates internally, Managed Healthcare Support can help.
Accessibility is built into our design and development approach from the beginning. We use WCAG 2.2 AA as the technical baseline and consider keyboard access, focus visibility, content structure, forms, responsive behaviour and accessibility-statement requirements throughout delivery.
Yes. We can structure and signpost patient journeys to services such as the NHS App, online consultation platforms, prescription services, appointment systems, self-referral services and other approved external systems used by your practice.
Hosting, Care & Support is a separate annual technical service, starting from £595 + VAT per year. It covers the agreed hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, platform maintenance, technical fixes and routine deployment support needed to keep the technology healthy.
A standard single-practice website implementation starts from £995 + VAT as a one-off project. Hosting, Care & Support starts from £595 + VAT per year, while optional Managed Healthcare Support starts from £99 + VAT per month. Complex, multi-site, PCN and federation requirements are scoped individually.
We aim to avoid unnecessary supplier lock-in. Exit arrangements, domain access and content are handled transparently. Any migration assistance outside the normal service can be scoped clearly if required.
Yes. Multi-site, PCN and federation requirements are scoped individually because governance, migration, locations, content and service journeys can differ substantially from a standard single-practice implementation.
