These terms apply when you access or use Evoqode's public marketing website, including its Contact form and Project Planner.
Last updated 31 October 2026.
Who we are and what these terms cover
This website is operated by Evoqode Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09383517.
These terms govern use of the public website at evoqode.com. They do not govern separately contracted client services, hosting, software-as-a-service products, the Evoqode Workforce platform or any other service supplied under separate terms. Those services are governed by the applicable proposal, order, statement of work, client agreement or product terms.
Accessing and using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes and to learn about Evoqode, review its content or make a genuine enquiry.
You must not:
- use the website in breach of applicable law;
- introduce malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems;
- interfere with the website's operation or security;
- submit false, abusive, unlawful or misleading enquiries; or
- use automated requests in a way that places an unreasonable load on the website or disrupts access for others.
Evoqode may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or suspected misuse.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website and its content are owned by or licensed to Evoqode Ltd and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Evoqode names, logos and branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written permission.
You may view the website and print or download reasonable extracts for personal use or internal business evaluation. You must not reproduce, modify, republish, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit website content except as permitted by law or with prior written permission.
Information and website availability
Website content is provided for general information. It is not a substitute for legal, financial, clinical, technical or other professional advice tailored to your circumstances. You should obtain appropriate advice or confirmation before acting on information where the context requires it.
Evoqode takes reasonable care when preparing website content, but content may not always be complete, current or suitable for every purpose. Evoqode does not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors. Content and website features may be updated, suspended or withdrawn.
Third-party links
The website may link to websites or services operated by third parties. Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily imply endorsement. Evoqode does not control third-party content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party site is subject to its own terms and policies.
Contact and Project Planner enquiries
Information submitted through Contact or the Project Planner should be accurate, relevant to a genuine enquiry and provided with the necessary authority. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment-card information, confidential patient information or other information that is not reasonably required for the enquiry.
An on-screen or email acknowledgement confirms receipt only. An enquiry does not create a contract, accept an offer, reserve capacity, agree a scope, price or delivery date, or oblige Evoqode to provide services. Any services will be governed by separate written terms agreed between Evoqode and the customer.
Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
If you are a consumer, Evoqode is responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of its breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Evoqode is not responsible to a consumer for business losses.
If you use the website for business purposes, Evoqode is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, inability to use or reliance on the public marketing website, to the extent that such exclusion is lawful and reasonable. This does not affect liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability relating to separately contracted services is governed by the applicable service agreement.
Evoqode is not responsible for loss caused by third-party websites or events outside its reasonable control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Privacy and cookies
The Privacy Notice explains how Evoqode handles personal information. The Cookies page explains the technologies used on the website and how to manage your choices.
Changes to these terms
Evoqode may update these terms when the website, its functionality or applicable requirements change. The version published on this page, together with its last-updated date, is the current version and applies from publication.
Governing law and courts
These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from use of the website are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you use the website for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not prevent you from relying on mandatory protections available under applicable law or bringing proceedings in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.
