Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies.
This page explains the necessary and optional technologies used on the Evoqode website and how you can manage your choices.
What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored on a device when you visit a website. They can be used to remember preferences, support website functionality and provide information about how a site is used. Similar technologies, including browser storage, can also support these functions.
Necessary and security technologies
Necessary technologies support core website functionality, security and remembering your privacy choices. Evoqode stores your choice in a first-party cookie named evoqode_consent. It contains a version and category choices, no identifying information, and normally expires after about six months. Theme preferences may also be remembered in browser storage.
Cloudflare Turnstile
Public contact, newsletter and Project Planner forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-abuse, bot and security checks. It is a necessary security technology and does not depend on Analytics consent. It may use cookies or similar browser technologies as part of those checks.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4
With your explicit Analytics permission, Evoqode loads Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the website and improve its content and services. Evoqode's measurement ID is G-BLV3KMX9WX. GA4 is not loaded before you allow Analytics. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation remain disabled under this implementation even when Analytics is accepted.
Google Analytics cookies
When Analytics is enabled, GA4 may set first-party cookies including _ga and a measurement-specific _ga_* cookie. These help distinguish visits and maintain analytics state. Actual cookie names and lifetimes can vary with Google's configuration and your browser.
HubSpot and server-side services
Newsletter signup information and relevant Project Planner CRM information are sent from Evoqode's server to HubSpot. This server-to-server processing does not add HubSpot website tracking scripts or HubSpot analytics cookies to the visitor's browser. Newsletter marketing consent is a separate choice from website Analytics consent. Relevant email delivery through Microsoft Graph and Microsoft 365 also takes place on the server.
Managing or withdrawing your choice
Use the Cookie settings action in the footer at any time to enable or disable Analytics. Withdrawing permission stops future analytics collection under Evoqode's implementation; known first-party GA4 cookies, including _ga and relevant _ga_* cookies, are removed where the browser permits. You can also view, block or delete cookies through browser settings. Blocking necessary technologies may affect website features.
Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website or the services it uses change. A material change to optional technologies or categories may require a new privacy choice through a change to the consent preference version.
