Privacy
Privacy at Evoqode.
This notice explains how Evoqode may collect, use and protect personal information when you visit the website, make an enquiry or interact with Evoqode online.
Information we may collect
Depending on how you use the website, Evoqode may collect information such as your name, email address, organisation, enquiry details and any information you choose to provide when contacting us. Structured Project Planner enquiries may include contact and organisation information, project requirements and objectives, current or existing solution information, project stage, and indicative budget, timing or deadline information. If you request the newsletter, Evoqode also collects your email address and your explicit newsletter consent.
How information may be used
Personal information may be used to respond to, review and manage enquiries, assess appropriate follow-up, communicate about potential or existing projects, take steps towards a potential commercial relationship where applicable, provide requested services, administer the website and improve Evoqode's digital services. Newsletter information is used to send the Evoqode newsletter and related news, insights and product updates that you have requested. Submitting an enquiry does not itself agree a project scope, price, delivery date or contract.
Legal basis
Depending on the circumstances, information may be processed because it is necessary to respond to a request, take steps towards entering into a contract, fulfil contractual obligations, meet legal requirements or pursue legitimate business interests. Newsletter marketing is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Newsletter communications
Newsletter signup requires a separate affirmative choice. A general contact-form submission does not subscribe you to marketing communications. Where newsletter consent is offered through the Project Planner, it remains a separate, optional choice.
HubSpot processes and manages newsletter subscriptions for Evoqode, including double opt-in confirmation, subscription preferences and unsubscribe status. You can withdraw your consent using the unsubscribe or preferences link in a newsletter email.
Analytics and website usage
Evoqode uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, only after you allow Analytics in the website's privacy choices. It may process website usage, device and interaction information to help Evoqode understand and improve the website. This choice is separate from newsletter marketing consent and can be changed through Cookie settings.
Evoqode's GA4 configuration does not enable Google Signals, user-provided data collection or advertising personalisation. The GA4 property is currently configured with a 14-month retention setting for user-level and event-level data. Google’s retention controls do not apply uniformly to every type of Analytics data or standard aggregated reporting.
Sharing information
Evoqode does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with trusted service providers where necessary to operate the website or deliver services, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Data retention
Personal information will be kept only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, contractual and operational requirements.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss.
Your rights
Depending on applicable data-protection law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability.
You may also have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority if you believe your personal information has been handled incorrectly.
Service providers and systems
Relevant public submission forms, including the contact form, newsletter signup and Project Planner, use Cloudflare Turnstile to help identify automated or abusive submissions. Relevant enquiry messages and acknowledgement emails are delivered through Microsoft Graph and Microsoft 365.
Fuller Project Planner enquiry records, including recorded marketing-consent state, are stored in PostgreSQL controlled by Evoqode. HubSpot is used to process and manage newsletter subscriptions and relevant CRM and project-enquiry information, including contact, organisation and deal workflow records.
